Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural (except the tca line) so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Please contact us with your order number with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.

(This includes but is not limited to any claims and legal fees of defending or prosecuting said claim.)

Any decision to act upon suggestions presented on our websites is at the sole discretion of the individual. I'm Fabulous Cosmetics, Inc accepts no liability for any alleged harm resulting from the use or misuse of products or information given. The individual, deciding to purchase skin care products, assumes any risk of adverse allergic effects from the use or misuse of any suggestions they may read.

We are not responsible for personal allergies to these common ingredients.

We recommend following all of our suggestions carefully. As with all skin care products, some clients may have very sensitive skin or may be allergic to certain ingredients. If you believe your skin to be too sensitive, damaged or irritated, you may want to decline from ordering these products. Always test out the product on a small area of skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. Since each individual's skin is unique and different, we do not guarantee results.

Disclaimer: If you desire a rapid and guaranteed improvement in skin or hair appearance, we believe you might be better served by techniques such as dermabrasion, laser-resurfacing, deep chemical peels or sugery.

Order Cancellations

ALL ORDERS ONCE PROCESSED ARE FINAL. If you are not sure which product(s) to order, Contact Us before placing the order. Orders cannot be revised or canceled after the order is processed.

Stolen or Lost Orders (After Delivery)

We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after delivery. Any such claim should be taken up with your local postal service or carrier.

If you feel you received the incorrect order or need to return a product, Contact Us WITHIN 48 hours of receipt of the item to request a Return Authorization Number. You will not be able to make an exchange or return without a Return Authorization Number.

No returns or exchanges are accepted on Samples or Bonuses.
