Because of the nature of our products ALL sales are final.
How do I return an item?
All order inquiries and problem need to be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
We gladly accept exchanges for any of I'm Fabulous's products within 7 days of the PURCHASE date.
We only accept returns on products that have not been open or used. We do not do exchanges on products that have been open.
ALL OPEN PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
All equipment sale are FINAL.
Please follow the simple instructions below:
1. Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging.
2. Contact our Returns Department by email via our CONTACT FORM to ensure that you are able to return this item.
3. All shipping fees must be paid by the buyer, and must include a tracking number along with a copy of the transaction details including order number or invoice number. We cannot locate your item by only a name.
4. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or credit immediately.
